1. Introduction

Welcome to Wildwood Luxe Services. By scheduling or purchasing any cleaning, maintenance, or landscaping services through our website, phone, or email, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism between our company and our valued clients.

2. Services Provided

Wildwood Luxe Services offers cabin and property cleaning, routine and on-call maintenance, and landscaping services for residential and vacation rental properties in the North Georgia region.

All services are performed by trained team members or trusted subcontractors under our supervision.

 

3. Scheduling and Access

  • Appointments are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon and a confirmation has been sent via text or email.

  • The client must provide safe and timely access to the property.

  • If entry is not possible within 15 minutes of arrival, the visit may be rescheduled, and a $50 lockout fee may apply.

 

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, or approved digital payments.

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and layout of your property. Any changes in service scope or frequency may affect pricing.

  • Special promotions (such as the $50 first-time cleaning special) apply only to eligible new clients and cannot be combined with other offers.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim for complete satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

Corrections or touch-ups must be requested within this window to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

 

7. Liability and Damages

  • Wildwood Luxe Services is fully insured.

  • We exercise care when cleaning and handling property, but we cannot be held responsible for damage due to normal wear, improper installation, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Valuable or fragile items should be secured or disclosed before service.

 

8. Health and Safety

Our team uses professional-grade cleaning products. Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or areas requiring special handling.

For safety reasons, we cannot clean hazardous areas or handle biohazards, pest infestations, or black mold.

 

9. Access and Security

If you provide a key or code for property access, it will be used solely for scheduled cleanings and stored securely.

Wildwood Luxe Services assumes no responsibility for damage or theft not directly related to our work.

 

10. Photos and Marketing

With client permission, we may take before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing or portfolio use.

No identifying information or personal items will ever be shared publicly.

 

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.

Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in a Georgia court of competent jurisdiction.
